Pengaruh Aplikasi Presensi Karyawan Berbasis Microsoft Access Terhadap Kedisiplinan Karyawan Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk III Wahyu Tutuko Bojonegoro
The success of a hospital can be influenced by employee performance (job performance) or work results that have been achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Employees are an important resource for the Hospital, because they have the talent, energy and creativity that is needed by the organization to achieve its goals. Issues related to performance will always be faced by management. To improve employee performance is not only supported by the intervention of the leadership in terms of adding regulations or policies, but a system is needed for this. As in terms of improving employee performance regarding attendance discipline.
The research design uses an experimental method with pre-test and post-test group designs for employee discipline achievements and the waterfall method for system design. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling of 60 samples for employee discipline achievements and a total sampling of 1 sample for the design of the system. The analysis prerequisite test is the Wilcoxon test.
The results showed that employee discipline before the Ms.Access-based employee attendance was good at 100%. employee discipline after Ms.Access-based employee presence is also good at 100%. then from the results of the Wilcoxon test it was found that there was no effect of implementing the Ms.Access-based employee presence application on employee discipline at Bhayangkara TK Hospital. III Wahyu Tutuko Bojonegoro, with a correlation coefficient of 0.000 with a significance level of 1.000 (p>0.05)
Seeing the results of this study, the hospital regularly improves employee discipline to maintain good employee discipline supported by the sophistication of existing applications in this digital era.
