Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Tenaga Kesehatan Lain di RSUD Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro
Background: Performance is the result of work achieved by employees in carrying out tasks and jobs that come from the organization. Employee performance is also a function of ability and motivation. Without high motivation, it is difficult to give good work results. Hospital as a service, the hospital must be able to improve the quality of service. Based on the results of the preliminary study, the performance value of employees at Sumberrejo Hospital fluctuated and there were some problems. Purpose : To determine the effect of motivation on the performance of other health workers at Sumberrejo Hospital, Bojonegoro Regency. Methods: This research used quantitative methods with cross sectional analytical studies. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 70 respondents. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire, and processed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results: There is a partial effect of motivation based on the dimensions of extrinsic and intrinsic factors on performance. And extrinsic factor motivation has a more dominant effect on performance. There is a simultaneous effect of motivation based on the dimensions of extrinsic and intrinsic factors on performance of 74,3%. Conclusions: It is concluded that motivation affects the performance of other health workers at Sumberrejo Hospital, Bojonegoro Regency. This study suggests hospitals to increase fringe benefits, improve working conditions, improve interpersonal relationships with minimizing conflicts., and improve the work discipline of other health workers.
