Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Berbasis Deskstop Pasien Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit ‘Aisyiyah Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: Outpatient registration service at Aisyiyah Hospital Bojonegoro when officers register new patients, the family incorrectly provides data on sick patients, the data provided is the register or the patient's family. Online registration (via Whatsapp) only took effect in January 2019 and no evaluation has been carried out, and there is a problem, namely the invalid pin that the patient gets when registering online and the patient when visiting the hospital enters the pin obtained into the queue application, it turns out that the pin does not match what the patient got So the patient had to re-register and get a new queue number. Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify an overview of the desktop-based registration system and flow for outpatients at Aisiyah Bojonegoro Hospital. And evaluate the outpatient desktop-based registration information system at 'Aisiyah Bojonegoro Hospital. Method: The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Results: This study produces a summary that the desktop-based registration system flow is in accordance with the SOP, but in the online registration of outpatients, the online registration flow is appropriate and not in accordance with the SOP. From the problem, the data obtained was an error where in one week there were 350 patients who registered and found 3 wrong patient PINs, because the officer entered the check date incorrectly, for example, the patient checked on the 07th, the officer entered the 6th even though the patient registered on the 6th. what the patient gets cannot be used during the checkup, and the patient must re-register to get a new queue. Conclusions: Researchers can conclude that there are two registrations at the Hospital 'Aisiyah bojonegoro, namely direct registration and online registration via whatsapp. As for the problems or obstacles experienced during the outpatient online registration process, there are network errors, incorrect pins that have been given by the patient, program errors during the registration process.
