Abstract

Background : At this time the development of information is very rapid because it is supported by an information system support technology, namely IT. The rapid development of information technology also occurred in Dr. Hospital. R. Koesma Kab. Tuban, namely the development of an Android-based outpatient online registration system called SIPALIN CERIA. After implementing an information system, it is important for a hospital to know the success of implementing the online registration system. Research Objectives To determine the evaluation of the Outpatient Registration system at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Kab. Tuban. Objective: To know the evaluation of the online and offline Outpatient Registration system at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Kab. Tuban. Identifying the system for SIPALIN CERIA Online Registration using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method at RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Kab. Tuban. To identify the comparison of the results of the online and offline registration characteristics of outpatients at RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Kab. Tuban Methods: This study uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The population and sample of the study were 30 outpatients who registered using SIPALIN CERIA online and 30 outpatients who registered using offline. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Results: SIPALIN CERIA online registration using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method has 6 dimensions, namely: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timelines, satisfaction (Satisfaction). Based on the Content/Content Dimensions, it is good, the Accuracy Dimension with a percentage of 63.3% is not good, the Format Dimension is good with a percentage of 53.3%, the Ease of Use dimension is good with a percentage of 73 ,3%, the Timelines dimension which states that it is not good is 60.0%, User Satisfaction is 56.7% stating it is not good and offline registration has obstacles because they do not know about SIPALIN CERIA online registration. Conclusion: SIPALIN CERIA online registration using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method There are 3 Dimensions that say good and 3 Dimensions that say they are still not good.
