Tinjauan Pelaksanaan Sistem Penjajaran Dokumen Rekam Medis Pada Bagian Filling Puskesmas Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: The storage system of medical record documents plays an important role in the maintenance of
medical record documents. One of them is the alignment system that is used in medical record document
feeding. The existing problems are the existing documents that accumulate outside the shelf file, the occurrence
of misfile anda there is no tracer for control. The total misfile occurred in 5 filling racks at the time of
abservation was 2,5%. The alignment in use is straight numerical filling (SNF). Purpose: of the alignment
system of medical record in filling health center Bojonegoro.Subjects and Method: descriptively research with
the method of observation and int erview population and sample in this research is 3 officer regristation section
and responsible of medical record with sampling in use is non random sampling. Results: Based on the results
of research in the health center of Bojonegoro juxtaposition that is use is straight numerical filling (SNF), and
desentralized storage. For facilities in use is enough to meet the needs but need to make a tracer to facilate
the return and retrieval of medical record document to the shelves quickly and precisely. Conclusion:
Alignment system in use is straight numerical filling and storage used in filling center Bojonegoro.
