Abstract

Background: Medical Record is one of the organizations in health services Hospitals often experience difficulties in processing information both internal and external needs, so it is necessary to improve information processing that is efficient fast, precise, easy, accurate and safe One form of application is through a service system using information technology through SIMRS Method: The research method used is to use the "cross sectionall" approach Data collection methods are using questionnaires and observation checklist sheets Samples were taken by random sampling technique for outpatients, namely 97 respondents Results: Univariant analysis using frequency distribution and bbivariate analysis used the Pearson Corellation test. The results showed that showing that the implementation of poor SIMRS was 83. 1% faster than the implementation of good SIMRS 16.9% Pearson corellation analysis results show that there is no significant relationship between the implementation of SIMRS with respontime provision of outpatient medical record files (sig 0826> 0.05) Conclusion: Based on the results of the study conducted it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the implementation of SIMRS with the rontontime of providing Outpatient Medical Records
