Rancang Bangun Sistem Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan Berbasis Microsoft Access Di Puskesmas Wisma Indah

Abstract

Background : The patient registration system at the Wisma Indah Health Center is still manual using books. Each patient went for treatment, the patient came at the registration place and took the queue number that was available. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to identify problems, analyze user needs, design databases, create interface views and aim for microsoft access based outpatient registration systems at Wisma Indah Health Center.Method : This research system design technique uses the waterfall method, then researchers conduct trials with the black box method to test the software so that it knows the error rate. Result : This research produces ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), table design which includes login tables, registration tables, patient tables, poly tables, visit tables and payment type table. Conclusion : The outpatient registration system at Wisma Indah Health Center still uses the manual method. So the researchers designed the application system for patient registration based on Microsoft Access, then conducted a trial using the black box method and the results were appropriate or successful.
