Perhitungan Kebutuhan Tenaga Rekam Medis Pada Bagian Pendaftaran Menggunakan Metode WISN Di UPTD Puskesmas Sumberrejo

Abstract

Background: The workload of officers who serve the patient registration is quite high, approximately 100 patients per day. Every year there are additional visits for outpatients, requiring assistance from other unit officers to register, so at the registration counter not only the registration officer but there are also other officers who help. For the clerk of the patient registration counter also doubles as an assembling officer, filling officer and also duty to reconcile the number of patients served on that day. The purpose of this research is calculate labor requirement of registration counter at UPTD Sumberrejo Public Health Center based on work load. Research Methods: This type of descriptive research. Method of data retrieval used in this research is with interview and observation. Population and sample in this research is all officer of registration and sample that used is Total Sample. Result: Based on the calculation of labor requirement in 1 year is 280 days, the available work time is 92,400 minutes / year, while the total workload standard is 548,240 minutes / year and 0.032 or 3.2% for the leeway or exception standard. Conclusion: Conclusion of the calculation of medical record personnel at Sumberrejo Public Health Center is 3 officers, and currently there are 3 officers that do not require the addition of officers, but for officer of Sumberrejo Public Health Center registration not yet fulfill medical record education qualification.
