Pengaruh Kelengkapan Resume Medis Rawat Inap Terhadap Ketepatan Waktu Klaim BPJS di RSUD Sumberrejo Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: Completeness of Medical Resume is very influential on BPJS claims, while in RSUD Sumberrejo medical resume is incomplete and 975 claims are not on time After a preliminary study with an observation c sheet samples were taken as many as 83 impatient medical resumes a number of 86.7% were incomplete 13.2% modical resumes claimed to be BPIS were 97.6% and which is not as timely as 2.4% Therefore a is stil accordance with medical record standards. Subjects and Methods: Quantitative research with the observation checklist and sample methods in this study were 83 inpatient medical resumes. Results: The results of the chi square test are known to have 11 (100% incomplete medical resumes incorrect claims 0 10.0%) and the night ones 11 (100%) while there are 72 (100%) resumes complete medical which is not right 212.8%) and the night one is 70-100%) In this study after the chi square test is known the value of P-0576 then this number is greater than P value of 0,576 0.05 and it can be concluded that Ho is accepted which means there is no effect of completeness of medical resume with timeliness of BPJS claims. Conclusion: There is no influence on the completeness of a medical resume with the timeliness of BPJS claims.
