Hubungan Kecepatan Pengembalian Berkas Rekam Medis Rawat Inap Dengan Kelengkapan Resume Medis Di Rsud Sumberrejo - Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: A good inpatient medical record file has several aspects including the completeness of a medical resume and timely return of inpatient files, according to the Minister of Health Decree No. 129 of 2008 the medical record file must return to the medical record installation within 2X24 hours after the patient returns home or leave the hospital. Objective: To determine the relationship between the speed of returning inpatient medical record files with the completeness of the medical resume at the Sumberrejo Regional General Hospital. Methods: This research is a quantitative research and uses a cross sectional approach. Results: The percentage of accuracy in returning inpatient medical record files at RSUD Sumberrejo is 7.9%. The percentage of completeness of medical resume is 36.5% . Chi square statistical test and phi correlation, obtained P value = 1,000 and phi correlation 0.021 which shows that there is no relationship between returning medical record files and completeness of medical resumes. Conclusion: By looking at the results of this study, there is no relationship between the incorrect return of medical record files and the completeness of the medical resume.
