Gambaran Efisiensi Penggunaan Tempat Tidur Berdasarkan Grafik Barber Johnson Di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sumberrejo

Abstract

Background: Patient safety is a key priority in inpatient care, medical records have a role in looking at the quality of inpatient hospital using hospital statistics. Aim: The purpose of this study is knowing overview efficient use of beds based on the graph barber Johnson inpatient at Regional General Hospital Sumberrejo. Method: Kind of this research is descriptive. This research method is the study of documents and interviews. The population in this study is daily inpatient census of all inpatient ward, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Processing of the data used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Result: Research in hospitals Sumberrejo in 2016 to get the BOR 69.49 %, LOS of 3.63 days, 1.67 days TOI, and BTO 69.94 times. Where as in 2017 BOR 73.43 %, LOS of 3.12 days, 1.2 days TOI, and BTO 85.63 times. Based on the analysis of GBJ 2016 meeting point of four indicators are outside the areas of efficiency, whereas in 2017 the meeting point of four indicators are in the area of efficiency. Conclusion: The results of this study can be disimpulakan that efficient use of beds in 2016 was not efficient, while in 2017 already efficient.
