Perancangan Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan Berbasis Microsoft Access Di Puskesmas Gondang

Abstract

Background : Based on the researcher's interview, there are problems faced at the Gondang Health Center, one of which is the registration that is still long, takes time which is on average around 10 minutes of service time. While the number of visits each day approximately reaches 20-50 patients and the number of officers is 1 person. Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the registration system at the Gondang Health Center and to make an outpatient registration design based on Microsoft Access.  Method : The method used in research Descriptive method is a method in examining the status of a group of people, an object, condition, system of thought or events in the present, with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach or the waterfall method. Results : This research resulted in ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), database table design including patient, doctor, poly and registration tables, relationship table design that is a primary that connects a database table that has been created and While testing the application using the black box testing method. Conclusion : There is a problem with the gondang health center, which is a long service due to manual registration, and testing the application system with the black box method.
