Abstract

ABSTRACT


Background: A good hospital will provide satisfaction to its customers so that visits increase. Satisfied patients are a very valuable asset because if patients are satisfied they will continue to use the services of their choice. And one of them is by carrying out active and interesting marketing activities in attracting the interest of the surrounding community and also utilizing technology in an era like today. Successful marketing can be seen from the results of the visit interest evaluation survey. Methods: The design of this study used the analytical correlation method using a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling of 92 samples for videobased marketing on the interest in outpatient post-visit visits. With the spearman rank analysis test. The results showed an interest in visiting Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Sumberrejo Bojonegoro using video-based marketing, that 89% of respondents already had an interest in visiting the hospital. And most respondents think that 76% of video-based marketing is good. While the results of the testing of test Spearman rank obtained that the influence of the effective implementation based marketing video to re-visit interest outpatient Islamic Hospital Muhammadiyah Sumberrejo Bojonegoro, with a correlation coefficient implanted at 0.563 with a significance level of 0.000 (P <0.05). Results: Looking at the results of this study then the hospital immediately conducted a survey on the achievement of the quality of nutritional services on a regular basis to improve the quality that was lacking which was supported by the sophistication of applications that exist in this digital era. Conclusions: There is an effect of video-based marketing on the interest in outpatient return visits at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Sumberrejo Bojonegoro.
