Abstract

Background: Muhammadiyah Babat Lamongan Hospital has not implemented the 5R work culture properly, because the Muhammadiyah Babat Hospital does not fully know the meaning of 5R. This has resulted in employees not implementing the values ​​contained in the 5R work culture in their daily lives. This study aims to determine the effect of education on the implementation of the 5R work culture, also to determine the effect of educational variables on the implementation of the 5R work culture at Muhammadiyah Babat Hospital.


Method: The type of research used is experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. data collection technique using the observation method to 30 respondents in Muhammaidyah Babat Hospital by means of random sampling samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to test the statistical characteristics of the respondents, and the Wilxocon test to see the effect of education on the implementation of work culture


Result: the implementation of the work culture before providing education is still in the poor category, whersds after the 5R work culture education has improved to be better than before. Based on the Wilxocon test analysis, it can be seen that education has a positive influence on the implementation of the 5S work Culture : Evidenced by a significance value of 0.000.


Conclusion: it can be concluded that education affects the implementation of the 5R work culture at the Muhammadiyah Babat Hospital.
