Background : Management of personnel records is the main task in the administration of administrative activities for managing employee records. Information technology and information systems are one of the major needs at this time. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers, it was found that at the Padangan Regional General Hospital the civil service data archive system was still manual. There are 5% of the 252 employee data that are tucked away in other employee data, the arrangement of the data archive is not neat, not in alphabetical order and the placement of data that is carelessly placed can hinder the search time Objective: To find out the differences in the management of employee data archives before and after the application of a web-based personnel information system at Padangan Hospital Method: The method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews and checklists Results: There are differences in the management of employee data archives before and after the application of a web-based personnel information system at Padangan Hospital Conclusion: There is an effect of implementing a WEB-based personnel information system application on the management of employee data archives at Padangan Hospital
