Background: One of the most important units in the hospital is the Logistics Unit, where the unit is a supporting tool in perfecting and completing medical services at the hospital, which is related to administrative services and operational activities for both the benefit of patients and hospital employees in carrying out their daily activities. day. The research uses the system development stage method, namely Waterfall with the Wilcoxon test. The population taken is 2 employees of the logistics unit. The samples taken were 75 samples of non-medical logistics goods. The sempling technique used by the researcher is Simple Random Sampling. The research measurement tools are interviews, observations, and documentation studies.

Results of this study indicate that the appropriateness of the number of non-medical logistics items before the application of the Microsoft Access-based non-medical logistics goods management system application at Muhammadiyah Babat Hospital is still not good at 100%. The suitability of the number of non-medical logistics goods after the application of the Microsoft Access-based non-medical logistics goods management system application at Muhammadiyah Babat Hospital was good at 100%. Indicates that the significance value or the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000, then the hypothesis is accepted or there is an effect of implementing the Ms.-based non-medical logistics goods management application.
