Pengaruh Penerapan Aplikasi Pengelolaan Pelayanan Gizi Berbasis Microsoft Access Terhadap Capaian Mutu Pelayanan Instalasi Gizi Di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Bojonegoro

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Backgrounds: The hospital as one of the health service facilities has the goal of making efforts to cure patients in a short time, one of which is by carrying out quality nutrition service activities. The quality of nutrition services can be identified from the results of the service quality achievement evaluation survey.

Method :  this study uses an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test group design for service quality outcomes and the waterfall method for system design. The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 50 samples to achieve service quality and purposive sampling of 1 sample to design the system. The analysis prerequisite test is the Wilcoxon test.

Results showed that the quality of nutrition services before the Ms.Access-based nutrition service management survey was carried out was still not good at 100% with poor quality on the food distribution indicator. The quality of nutrition services after the survey on the management of nutrition services based on Ms.Access was good at 100%. Meanwhile, from the results of the Wilcoxon test, it was found that there was an effect of the application of Ms. Access-based nutrition service management applications on the achievement of the quality of Nutrition Installation services at Ibnu Sina Bojonegoro Hospital, with a correlation coefficient of -7.071 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05)

Conclusions :Seeing the results of this study, the hospital immediately conducted a routine survey of the quality of nutrition services to improve the quality that was lacking, supported by the sophistication of existing applications in this digital era.
