Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Berbasis Web di Klinik Cahyo Kurnia Medika Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: Registration at Cahyo Kurnia Medika Bojonegoro Clinic is currently still using the manual system by means of patients coming directly to the clinic to register. This manual patient registration will certainly take a very long time. In a month there are 431 outpatients and 19 inpatients the number of visits. The number of visits per day is 14 visits. With 2 officers in the morning and evening shifts and 3 people in the afternoon shift. The officer takes 14 minutes to input data per patient. Methods: The research method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, literature study, and documentation study. Results: The result of this research is the creation of a web-based registration information system at Kinik Cahyo Kurnia Medika Bojonegoro. Conclusions: Needs analysis, design, development, and implementation of a web-based registration information system at Cahyo Kurnia Medika Bojonegoro Clinic is in accordance with what it should be.
