Hubungan antara Quality of Work Life dengan Kinerja Karyawan Tenaga Kesehatan Lain di Klinik Rawat Inap Utama Muhammadiyah Kedungadem Kabupaten Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: Muhammadiyah Main Inpatient Clinic Kedungadem, Bojonegoro Regency carried out performance assessments with work attendance and review attendance, the data that the authors got from the performance evaluation at the clinic had been fluctuated and had not been met the target. Methods: A quantitative analytic research design with a cross sectional approach, using a total sampling and a population of 51 employees of other health workers. Data collection used a closed questionnaire and analyzed using the Spearman Rho test. Results: It is known that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 α (0.05) with a Correlation Coefficien 0.821 (very strong) and the direction of the correlation is positive, then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Conclusions: Quality of work life has a very strong relationship with the performance of other health workers at the Main Muhammadiyah Inpatient Clinic Kedungadem, Bojonegoro Regency. Researcher suggests that clinic improve the quality of work life , especially in giving awards to employees and the performance appraisal system can be seen from the aspects of attitude, loyalty, skills, quality, quantity, and independence.
