Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan Berbasis Web di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: Technological developments are in line with health in Indonesia, so a health
information system is needed that can support service activities. The use of computers will make it
effective and efficient. In carrying out the outpatient registration process, manual registration will
take a very long time. This causes the service to not be up to standard and there is a buildup of
medical record files, the service becomes hampered and triggers patient dissatisfaction with the
service. Objective: The aim of this research is to analyze the needs for designing a web-based
outpatient registration information system at Ibnu Sina Hospital Bojonegoro, to design a webbased outpatient registration information system at Ibnu Sina Hospital Bojonegoro. Building a
web-based outpatient registration information system at Ibnu Sina Hospital Bojonegoro. Method:
This research design uses the waterfall method with software testing using the black box method.
Results: The output of this research is software in the form of a web-based outpatient registration
information system application which is useful for making it easier for officers to provide
outpatient registration services more quickly and in accordance with minimum service standards.
The resulting system design is the login form display, home menu display, patient menu display,
patient visit menu display, officer menu display, doctor menu display, poly menu display, visit
report print menu display. Conclusion: It is hoped that the Ibnu Sina Bojonegoro Hospital can
implement this web-based outpatient registration information system application to speed up the
health service process.
