Abstract

Background : In the modern era, we are required to stay update information technology, is no exception in the clinic. Information technology is one of the most necessary thing in the outpatient registration unit. Every day officers register patients in a manual way which causes the officers to feel difficulties, so that incomplete and illegible data often occurs patient identification data. Based on preliminary studies it can be concluded that on average every day there are 2-3 errors in patient registration. Methods : R&D (Research and Development) method. Data collection techniques with interviews, and documentation Results : Creation of an outpatient registration information system based on Microsoft Access at Primary Clinic Bidan Ika Kalitidu Bojonegoro. Conclusions : The needs analysis, design, development, and testing of the Microsoft Access-based outpatient registration information system at Primary Clinic Bidan Ika Kalitidu Bojonegoro are as they should be.
