Objective : This study was aimed to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance at Blora Hospital.
Research Methods : The research design used quantitative analysis with a cross - sectional approach using a random sampling technique, with a sample of 73 employees. Data collection used a closed questionnaire and used Spearman Rho test analysis.
Research results : The result of study show that 71 (97,3 %) employees said that organizational culture at Blora hospital included the “good” category. Employee performance of blora hospital was mostly (89,0 %) good. Spearman Rho test analysis show that value sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 < α (0.05) with the results correlation coefficient of 0.487 (enough) and the correlation is positive.
Conclusion : Organizational culture has a relationship with employee performance at Hospital, Blora Regency. Researchers suggest hospitals improve organizational culture by understanding, supporting and aligning existing organizational cultures.
