Tinjauan Aspek Ergonomi Tempat Pendaftaran Pasien Berdasarkan Antropometri Petugas di Puskesmas Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: The work desk at registration site has a height of 84 cm, which exceeds the anthropometric standard between 74-78 cm, so that is make some officers discomfort. Objective: To identify ergonomic aspects of the patient registration area based on the anthropometry of staff at Puskesmas Bojonegoro. Methods: This research uses a descriptive research method conducted on 5 registration officer respondents. Data sources were obtained from interviews and observations. Results: The ergonomic aspect of work desk facilities at registration area of Puskesmas Bojonegoro consists of several indicators, including non- ergonomic desk height, non-ergonomic desk length, and ergonomic desk width. Work chairs have non- ergonomic chair height, ergonomic chair length, non-ergonomic chair width, non-ergonomic height and backrest width. The recommended design for ergonomic work desk based on the anthropometry of staff at Puskesmas Bojonegoro is a table with a height of 75 cm, a length of 130 cm and a width of 60 cm. Meanwhile, the work chair measures 40 cm high, 40 cm long, 46 cm wide, backrest height 48 cm and backrest width 46 cm. Conclusions : there are some sizes of work facilities that is not appropriate to the officer's anthropometry and researcher provide design recommendation of work facilities that approriate to registration area of Puskesmas Bojonegoro.
