Abstract

Background: The workload of officers serving patient registration is 70 patients per day, in 2022 there will be 16.599 outpatients, the duration of outpatient registration is 14 minutes. The registration counter officer also doubles as a filling officer and is also tasked with recording the number of patients served that day, because the registration section is a service that must be prioritized, so the workload of officers who assist with registration exceeds their working hours. One of the factors that causes services that exceed average and high workload is the lack of job descriptions at the registration counter and this has resulted in an accumulation od outpatients at the Kanor Community Health Center. Methods: This research method is descriptive. Datta collection techniques using observation and interviews. Results: The results of this research are by applying the job description at the kanor health center registration counter. Conclusions: There is a reduction in the duration of service time in the registration unit after the implementation of the job description
