Tinjauan Sistem Penyimanan Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sumberrejo Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: There are problems with storing medical records because some of the files are still manual. Duplicate medical records and missfiles were still found because documents were not collected using a tracer. After the medical record has been used, it is not immediately put into the storage shelf, and the officer does not know whether the medical record has been returned or not..Methods: Qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Results: The results of this research reveal that based on the Man element, there are no filing officers who are medical record graduates. Based on the Money element, fulfilling needs depends on applications from medical records officers. Based on the material element, it is not in accordance with the SOP. Based on the Machine element there is no use of tracers. Based on the method element, we already have SOPs that regulate the retrieval and storage of medical records, but in daily health services, there are still SOPs that have not been implemented. Conclusions: The storage system is still not suitable because there are still problems such as not using tracers and a lack of storage shelves and there are no medical recording graduates.
