Tinjauan Pelaksanaan Rekam Medis Family Folder di Puskesmas Kanor Bojonegoro

Abstract

Background: Kanor Community Health Center has just implemented a family folder medical record sytem. This implementation is based on the exitence of an additional policy, namely a special HIV policy. Before implementing this family foder medical record, Kanor Bojonegoro Health Center implemented a personal folder system. The implementation of this family folder has only been running for a few moths so preparations from is implementationrelated to management elements which include man,material,methode and machine. These four aspects have not been implemented well, so that the service and implementation of the family folder medical record does not run effectively. Methods: This research method is descriptive. Datta collection techniques using observation and interviews. Results: The results of the study show that the implementation of family folder medical records at the Kanor Bojonegoro Health Center is still less effective because management elements are not well defined. Conclusions: Implementation of family folder medical records at the Kanor Bojonegoro Health Center is still not implemented well because in the are still management elements that are carried out in the man,material,methide and machine element.
