Hubungan antara Komitmen Organisasi dengan Ketepatan Waktu Pelaporan Bulanan di Rumah Sakit Cepu Kabupaten Blora

Abstract

Background: Undang – Undang No. 4 Tahun 2009 about Hospitals Chapter XI part 52 said that every hospital is obliged to record and report on all activities of hospital organization in the form of a hospital information system. Based on preeliminary studies conducted by researchers, monthly reporting of each unit is still delayed. Objective: To analyze the relationship between organizational commitment and timeliness of monthly reporting at Cepu Hospital. Methods: Analytic quantitative research design with a cross sectional approach. The technique used total sampling, with a sample of 22 head of units. Data collection was done with a closed questionnaire and observation, and analyzed using the spearman rho test. Results: Known sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.004 < α (0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.588 (strong) and positive correlation direction, then H₁ is accepted and H₀ is rejected.Conclusion: Organizational commitment has a strong relationship with reporting accuracy at Cepu Hospital. Researchers suggest that there are needs to be an effort to increase organizational commitment so that the timeliness of monthly reporting is maintained.
