Abstract

Background: In the information age, access to information is fast without time and region restrictions. Research shows that at the Muhammadiyah Main Inpatient Clinic Kedungadem Bojonegoro, there are around 1-10 letters every day. Even if you have used a computer, how to save letters is still long and there is a risk of being lost. The administration had difficulty getting the mail reports on time. Methods: Research method using qualitative and methods of R&D (Research and Development). Data collection techniques used interviews, literature studies, and study documentation. Results: The creation of a website-based mail archiving information system at the Main Muhammadiyah Inpatient Clinic Kedungadem Bojonegoro Conclusions: Needs analysis, design, development, and implementation of a website-based mail archiving information system at Muhammadiyah Main Inpatient Clinic Kedungadem Bojonegoro.
