Abstract

Title: The Relationship between Facilities and Patient Xpectations in the Inpatient Room of the Main Muhammadiyah Inpatient Clinic Kedungadem Bojonegoro. Background: Clinics are expected to always provide facilities that provide a sense of security, comfort and convenience in providing services as well as protection for clinic visitors to be able to fulfill patient xpectations. Based on the preliminary study conducted by the researcher, it is known that there are patients who are dissatisfied with the facilities in the inpatient room and there are facilities in the inpatient room that are still not up to standard. Objective: To analyze the relationship between facilities and patient xpectations in the inpatient room of the Main Muhammadiyah Inpatient Clinic Kedungadem Bojonegoro. Research Methodology: Analytical quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. Incidental sampling technique was use, with a sample size of 63 patients. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and observation, and analyzed using the Spearman rho test. Results: There is a relationship between the facility with the correspondence of patient expectations with the sig value of 0.019, therefore H1 is accepted, and H0 is rejected. Conclusion: Facilities have a strong relationship with patient xpectations in the inpatient room of the Main Muhammadiyah Primary Inpatient Clinic, Kedungadem Bojonegoro. Researchers suggest clinics to improve the quality of the clinic facility adjustment to standard.
