Hubungan antara Promosi melalui Media Sosial dengan Tingkat Pengetahuan Pengunjung tentang Layanan Kesehatan Poli Baru di Rumah Sakit Cepu
Abstract
Background: Cepu Hospital conducts promotional activities through social media. Based on preliminary studies, the promotional activities carried out have not been effective, so that public knowledge about the hospital is still lacking, especially in new poly health services. Objective: to analyze the relationship between promotion through social media with visitors knowledge level about new poly health services at Cepu Hospital. Methods: quantitative with cross sectional analytic study. Sampling technique using accidental sampling as many as 91 respondents, namely outpatients visitors to the heart clinic, urology clinic, skin & sex clinic, and medical rehabilitation clinic. Data collection using a closed questionnaire, and processed using the spearman rho test analysis. Results: Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < ɑ (0.05) with a correlation coefficient value off 0.446 (sufficent) and a positive correlation direction, the H1 is accepted. Conclusion: there is a relationship between promotion through social media with the level of knowledge of visitors about new poly health services at Cepu Hospital.
