Hubungan Antara Komunikasi Interpersoal Tenaga Kesehatan Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Dengan Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap Di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Bojonegoro Tahun 2019

Abstract

Background: Patient satisfaction is something that must be considered by the hospital. Low patient satisfaction can reduce the patient's interest in visiting the hospital. This requires the hospital to be able to meet the needs of patients. There are several factors that affect patient satisfaction including the quality of service and interpersonal communication between health workers and patients. Meeting the needs for quality of service and interpersonal communication between health workers and patients is expected to increase inpatient satisfaction.

Research Methods: The type of research used in this research is observational analytic with a cross-sectional research design which is a non-experimental study where observation and data collection are carried out within a certain time. The study population was 850 inpatients at Ibnu Sina Bojonegoro Hospital, the number of samples taken was 89 respondents with the Purpose Sampling technique. Measuring tool used is a questionnaire and analyzed with the SPSS program.

Results: The results showed that the significant relationship between interpersonal communication and service quality with inpatient satisfaction at the Ibnu Sina Bojonegoro Hospital was 0.002<0.05.

Conclusion: Seeing the results of this study, it can be concluded that it has a significant or real relationship.
